My iPhone 7 Plus keeps freezing

Hello. Since yesterday my phone has been acting messed up. It took a long time to turn on, it froze constantly, it made a lot of apps crash, the weirdest stuff. I already tried the hard reset and even restored it. Even when I tried to set it up as a new phone it was still freezing. I didn't install anything weird recently or anything like that. Any idea what could it be? I'd rather try and see if I can fix it myself before taking it somewhere to get it fixed.

I’m not sure how much insight I could offer, but what software are you running currently?
