My iPhone App Store looks messed up

I've noticed that my App Store on my iPhone looks messed up. The margins are all out of whack and the text runs off the screen.

And the front page has everything jammed into each other too.

What caused this?

I have heard of the old app store showing up on phones but not this. Is your phone jail broken or anything? what version of iphone do you have? Have you tried turning your phone off then on?
