So I'm looking to sell my iPhone Classic, but have some questions.

1. If I leave it locked and have someone who is with AT&T put their sim card inside, when iTunes asks for activation, does the contract start over for 2 yrs?

2. When unlocked/activated using PwnageTool, will it still be able to download apps, songs, photos etc normally?

If you can get a copy of 2.0.0 or 2.0.1, you can use Pwnage to unlock/jailbreak your iPhone to access the AppStore.
