The worst thing you could have done was not only not switching off the phone, but also trying to turn it back on without properly drying it out.

Remove the SIM card and sink it in a bowl of rice at a warm temperature, leave it there for a day at least and tell us how it went.

Dude i allready stated that i did this allready! It did well the phone now starts, all my aplications work but i have no sound and it cannot read my sim card. It also says it needs itunes restore ( i hope this fixes the problems with the sound and sim card and my camera flashlight ) , but i cannot restore it cause the battery drops dead the moment i unplug it from the charger. Hope this clears things out.
