I was getting the error message 20. I then got a message saying your iphone saying I need to restore my phone. So I did that, didn't work. I then unplugged my phone and plugged it back in a few seconds later. All my contacts, emails, texts are fine. Its just that my music/videos arent there.
So, what should I do to get all of my music/videos back on my phone? Also when I try to download a free app from the iTunes store it doesn't work. Thanks, macluver101
