iPhone 13 Pro Max My iPhone is ringing my home number by itself

Has anyone else seen this happen ? I looked up apple community forums and it seems to be a problem for quite a few people and it goes back many years.

tbh it only started when I bought my new iPhone 13 , never happened on my old 8 plus

could there be a hidden setting I should toggle on or off ?
