My iPhone is too expensive.

I have a large AT&T bill each month, and I feel bad for my parents. I saw somewhere that AT&T offers 45 bucks a month for unlimited everything on some smaller network backed by them? ]

Any tips would be appreciated. I'm already looking for more jobs to help out with my own expenses such as Gas.
