My Iphone/itunes is screwed

I recently had to give my comp in to the comp experts cause it got a virus.
Then after he sweeped my whole comp clean and deleted everything except itunes and the stuff inside it (i asked him not to delete it), i synced my iphone and it didnt sync the apps i had updated. Soon like 2 days later EVERY SINGLE APP IN MY IPHONE DIDNT WORK!!! So i restored the iphone, then i synced it. APPS DIDNT SYNC AND NOW MY IPHONES CLEAR OF APPS!!! aNYONE Help plz?????????
can iphones be affected by the virus that was previously in my comp???


BTW my iphone is a 3gs 8 gigabytes version 3.1.3

obviously he didn't save everything, including your backups or your downloads. you can re-download all your apps...

When you open iTunes, do you have Apps? When you sync iTunes are there apps to sync? If so, then reinstall iTunes and sync again.

And no, you can’t put a virus on the iPhone from Windows.

Yeh, either that or he has a 16gig and not 8gig.
