I have Iphone 4s but it is Icloud locked unfortunately I have tried many methods to open it but I failed can you help me to open the phone

You cannot bypass the iCloud lock

This has been discussed endlessly to the point where any further threads will be fruitless.

Return the phone to the seller if you bought it. If you found it, then return it to the police as its most likely stolen.
