My iPhone makes this sickly cracking noise, Would I get a new one?

When I squeeze / Pick up my iPhone, it makes this sickly cracking noise.

Do you think I could get a replacement because of this from Rogers?

It's not that easy, i can only do it by phone.. because Apple doesn't sell them here. And Rogers is bitchy . But I guess I will call Rogers tomorrow, and see what can happen.
