My IPhone on safe mode even i remove latest cydia apps ?

Hey guys
I wanna get my iphone clean, lastnight i jailbreak it with Greenpois0n and it works very well, but the safe mode won't despeare
So, i really wanna make iphone clean
I have IPhone 3Gs iOS 4.2.1 jailbroken and unlocked Greenpois0n + Ultrasn0w but my baseband is 06.16.00

If i restore my iphone with clean iOS 4.2.1 and jailbreak it with Greenpois0n, and unlock it with ultrasn0w
Is this will work ???

Here's an idea.. Don't jailbreak ur iphone.

Restoring your iPhone will fix the problem. What ever is in your iPhone backup is most likely corrupt.

You need a custom 3GS 4.2.1 ipsw though. Here: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1060165/
