This happened multiple times now, is there a setting I need to check? Or perhaps is this a bug in iOS 13? I always get a call notification on my Apple Watch when I get a call when my iPhone’s screen is OFF and sitting next to my desk at work (which is what I want), I don’t want my phone itself to show I get a call, I just want my Apple Watch rattle with the haptic and let me know I get a call. I know that if the iPhone is in use and the screen is lit and I was to get a phone call then the iPhone would naturally ring as I am actively using it however that has not been the case on multiple occasions lately where my iPhone itself would ring and vibrate when I receive a call when it is sitting next to my desk unused INSTEAD of my Apple Watch.

Works fine for me on the latest iOS and watchOS releases. You might need to re-pair your watch again.
I did that, which setting should I go over on the iPhone/ watch to make sure its setup properly for my needs?
