My iPhone VoiceMail Greeting isn't working D:

Well, I just got this iPhone 5S on 9/27/2014 (first phone). It was awesome, unlimited texting, calling, etc. And I even set a Voicemail greeting in Contacts>Voicemail>Greeting>Custom. And now, it doesn't work. When I try it, it freezes the Phone App temporarily. I would press the Home button, and it would take more time than usual. In the event I edit the Phone settings from Settings, it would temporarily freeze as well. Also after closing any of these apps that have froze, it may re-open. I have any idea how this happened, but after a short period of time, the "freezing and glitching" ends. But if I re-attempt, it'll happen again.
