My iPhone4 has sticky keys on Safari

Hi,



I have had my iPhone 4 for approx 1 year, when I am taking the option to go on the net on Safari, for some reason when I try to type www. the "w" gets stuck, so you press a few times more then after a few seconds it will input all of them like wwwwwwwww, this is driving me nuts, anyone got any ideas how to fix this? It only does this when I use the keyboard for Safari, everything else is ok.
