my ipod freezes when i try type somthing out on it

i jail broke it on ziphone ad few probs but all sorted but now when i type somthing anywear it just freezes up
why and how can i stop this

Restore and re-jailbreak, its probably the only fix haha

still not working tryed restoring it re jailbreaked it with ziphone on my 1.1.4 and it still freezes
any help please
