My one week old iPod touch (week 38) has suddenly lost it's touch. It's completely unresponsive to any touch now.

I first noticed it last night but didn't think much of it. I tried again this morning and it was still unresponsive so I started to worry. I thought it might be the invisible shield so I took it off but to no avail.

I brought it back to the shop where I bought it and at first, they told me to leave it and they would send it to the repair center. Yeah right. Then what? It comes back all scratched to hell. My iPod is in perfect condition. No way I was letting them take it away. I insisted they replace it straight up. They finally agreed but currently they don't have stock. They should have more tomorrow. Geez, some people.

Sorry to hear that, but it's beyond their control if they don't have any in stock.
