iPod touch My Ipod touch is making random bookmarks! HELP!

My Itouch keeps making these untitled icons

i delete them then when i go into a app and go to the springboard they reappear! how do i stop this!?!?! HELP

Hey I am finding the same thing with my I pod touch, and the funny thing is, is that I have the same gears of war theme on mine when I got this issue. Could you fix it yet?

removed gears of war 2 theme

I removed the GOW2 theme it seems to be working fine now

I think it happens with some themes. It happened on my brother's ipod with the ubuntu theme and the raving rabbid theme.
