I keep my ipod on my computer desk while not using it, right beside my bed and i will periodically find my ipod play music without any buttons being pressed, nothing done to it it just starts up and plays a song, so wierd (and annoying when waking up to find your bat dead because it was randomly playing music (Generally from all songs so in alphabetical order)

Anybody know what probally is wrong?

Sounds like liquid damage, I have seen several iPhones/iPod Touches that will not stay turned off when liquid damage occurs.

I tried DFU mode

But it doesnt fix it, what should i do its fully random. How will i prove it to apple/best buy?

Never got it wet btw.
