I have a big problem! All of a sudden my iPod wont let me watch videos or listen to music! When I turn my iPod on and tap on the music icon the screen goes white for 7 seconds and jumps me back to the home screen! The same thing happens when I touch the video icon. Then when I go to settings>about it tells me that I have 0 songs and videos. What's going on???

Sounds like a memory confusion thing. Try shutting it off by holding in the button at the top for as long as it takes to bring up the "Slide to power off" swipey thing then swipe it. Wait a few seconds and then hit the same button again and let go when you see the Apple logo.

Then try syncing with iTunes. Let us know if that worked or not.

Well I already tried restarting my iPod like 21 times already and I not able to restore it because my laptop just broke on me so I guess I'm screwed then. :(

Total bummer

Maybe your broken laptop had something to do with this? Is it a Mac? Take the pair to a Genius bar. It can't hurt.

I bet they would help you even if your laptop is not a Mac.
