My ITunes Has A Mind Of Its Own!

OK, I'm running Itunes on my new powerbook g4 and it's really, really annoying. Itunes won't stay shut down. I close the program and it just starts back up after a few minutes--without me touching anything! It's been like this for a few weeks now. Has anyone seen this before?

Do you have any iTunes widgets? Close and delete them all. They like to talk to the application and open it up periodically.
