My iTunes visualizer is broken :(

Does anyone know what I can do? Ok, I know it's not a life-or-death problem but it's annoying. Whenever I press Apple-T it all goes dark (as it should) but then the graphics don't kick in. I thought it might be a problem with my version of iTunes but the update that's replaced it hasn't solved the problem.

Does anyone know what the issue can be? Or has anyone had a similar problem?

Do you have any third party plugins for iTunes installed? Is this on your Mac?

Hi!

Yep, it's my Mac (the G5 in my sig) and I don't have any third-party plug-ins installed. Not that I know of anyway.

I just tried it again and I'm getting nothing - only a number in the top left corner (hovering around 60) which I assume is a fps counter. Still, it's nice to know I'm getting a smooth frame rate on nothing...

The number in the corner should be your FPS. I had the same problem, my screen would just turn read. I closed iTunes, restarted and everything was working fine again.

If restarting doesn't work, then create a new user account and see if it happens there too.
