My iTunes window keeps jumping back and forth (screencast/video included)

Yes, My itunes does that, but from the top left corner on down. I put it in the top left, click on something in the window, and it jumps down to the bottom right a bit. It's inconsistent, and I can't figure it out. It's very annoying.
