or could it be that i need to take apart my laptop and clean the dust? if so that would be a good time to get a larger hard drive and better graphics card if thats possible as my mac wont play hd vids atm, its all stuttery

i do my best to not block them. im on os 10.39 so i cant get that.

how fast is your computer? I think S600MBUSA thought you were running a Macbook, but if you're still on an iBook or Powerbook, you might consider upgrading..

I just read a review that said (since the superdrives are being used less these days) the low end Macbook is the most bang for your buck in all of Apple's lineup right now.

its a 14 iinch ibook g4 coming towards 3 years old now
1.33ghz 1.25gb ram

considering buying a MBP when im in new york this march as its about £400 cheaper than uk price and £300 cheaper than student discount over here.

anywaay cooling mat yaay or nay?

got a program to monitor temperatures in my computer, is it normal for the mac to get hotter when charging?

my processor bottomside is about 62 degress celsius tonight
is that safe? its very uncomfortable to have on my lap :(
