So get this, I don't know why but my laptop keeps restarting whenever I open it after I had closed it to put it to sleep. Say I start my laptop, use it properly then I close it, I then open it after some time and the screen comes on from wher I left off but b4 I can do anything it restarts. Have tried reinstalling my OS but same thing happens. Can someone please tell me why it does tht and what i can do to fix it.

Thats gonna probably be a hardware problem, If u have a warranty take it in, could be a serious problem...

From the sounds of it, could be a RAM issue or a hard drive wake issue.

When the computer wakes up from sleep something is probably causing the computer to Kernel Panic and therefore it's restarting.

I would run some hardware tests on the RAM and the hard drive.

So how do I run the tests

So suppose I do the test, what is the solution for all possible causes?
