It detects it successfully at startup and it shows up under Preferences > Audio > Core Audio (yes it's turned on). I have the input set to the Lambda in system settings and it works just fine in GarageBand, but for some reason I can't figure out how to use it in Logic Express 8 (or maybe it doesn't work at all).
The first thing I tried was an audio track hoping I could use the input from the "Instrument" jack on the front of the Lamnda. That didn't work. Is the Lambda supposed to show up under the input menu when I create the track?
Next, I tried to use it as a MIDI controller on a software instrument track. This seems to be half working because the I/O meters move up and down as normal and the key activity is registered in the bottom display (IE it says C3, B3 etc. when I press the keys). The problem is I can't hear any output through my laptop speakers.
Maybe there are some settings I need to tweak, or maybe the Lambda is a POS and I should just spend the money on a different audio controller. :-/
Either way I'm jonesen here...
