Ok so I'm having a problem. My boyfriend just today purchased a 13" Macbook pro (an early 2012 version without Retina) brand new. He went to install Lion because he got it free as part of his purchase. I believe he did everything correctly and it began to install. Now it shows up on the launchpad that says it is downloading but has not moved (it is still at the beginning of the download) for more than 4 hours. We are on a wireless network. What do we do???
