This is what really upset me with Apple product. Half of the initial order goes to scalper that overcharge a premium. Take a look for yourself on my local CL. At the end of the day, it's the genuine customer that's get the shaft.

Not a big deal. Make sure they make nothing by helping people avoid buying from scalper. How? I don't know.

As annoying as it is, it's not wrong. It's not like these people have stolen the watches or anything. Supply and demand is a fact of life. If you missed a decent preorder date, you weren't committed enough.

Agreed. No one is forced to buy through these people on Craigslist or eBay.

same as on ebay...for starters I would NEVER buy something from anyone who doesn't even have the product yet.

But it reduce the amount of stock available to real customer. Of course I would never encourage them but the reason the product is sold out is because of scalper. They are not real customer.

It's annoying, yes, but it's not illegal. I guess these devices will go to even more "real" customers as they are happy to pay a huge markup!

They don't buy them and ship them to landfill you know. Someone who wants one gets one.
