My lockscreen doesn't make sound after being idle for a half hour.

If I haven't used my iPhone for awhile and press home and undo the lock screen, it doesn't make a sound, but if I have used it recently, and ht home and unlock, the lock screen does make a noise.

Is there any way to make the lock screen make a sound always?
