I wanted a media center with a Mac mini at the heart of it all. This is the setup:

Mac Mini 1.42gHz G4 1gig/80gb/Airport and BT
Bought the DVI -> S-Video adapter and plugged it into my TV.
TV is a 65" projection Mitsubishi Stand. Def. Its plenty big, but an HDTV will happen soon enough.
Installed Front Row and enabled it.
Downloaded a bunch of torrents (legally)
Bought a Griffin Airclick USB to control the content.
Audio through a Denon receiver.

Now this whole system has no keyboard or mouse and I am able to watch all content through Front Row (I have Perian installed to run .AVI's). I do setup the torrents for download on the Mini via Apple Remote Desktop on my iBook. And I use VNC to add downloads when I'm away from home (like at work).

I just finally got it all working very nicely today and thought I'd share the setup. Really wasn't too hard and spent about $460 on hardware I didn't have ($400 for the mini/$60 for Airclick/DVI->S-Vid.).
