My Mac only turns on at night but not during the day, and when it does turn on, it says "Your computer restarted because of a problem."

I have a 2015 MacBook Air. A few days ago, it started restarting and showing a message that it had restarted due to a problem. Then, it began restarting every 5 minutes, eventually shutting down and not turning back on. After that, I can only turn it on and use it during the night. In the mornings, I've tried resetting the NVRAM and SMC, but it doesn't work. It won't turn on throughout the day, only at night. None of this was happening until I decided to update it to Monterey, as I had been using Big Sur.

When you get the restart dialog, could you copy the crash log and post it?

I reinstalled the entire OS and it was working fine for 2 days but today it happened again but this time it shut down completely while the screen was off and won't turn on.
