my mac wont detect my memory sticks in my psp

it happened all of a sudden never seen this before

ive tried formatting but still no luck :(
anyone know whats wrong?

if i go into disk utility the drive shows up but i cant do anything to it, it says its read only and 1.9gb when it is a 4gb stick or my 1gb stick
