My Macbook did not sleep after closing the lead last night

I opened my macbok today, the fans were running fast, the temperature over 70 C degrees. And I left the macbook on my clothes.

I wondered what happened, can I trust Apple anymore ? I havent reinstall the OS for almost 3 years, i think something is wrong

Restart your computer, look for solutions if it still happens after that. Also don't leave it on clothes. It blocks the air vents.
