I use After Effects on my Macbook along with Gridiron Nucleo. What's great about Nucleo is that is maxes out your memory (4 gigs) and CPU (2.2 ghz) when rendering comps. The downside is heat. When I am running it, the CPU runs at 95 degrees for extended periods of time (10+ minutes). Am I harming my Macbook?

I have it on a laptop cooler right now. Is there any thing else I can do to keep it cool. Maybe have a fan blow dry ice at it? That sounds like a good idea doesn't it?

are you running in centigrade or fahrenheit?

my macbook is constantly running at 11x to 12x when doing every day tasks, and i'm in fahrenheit.

90+ Celsius. Haven't had any problems yet. Just worried about long term usage.
