my macbook keeps freezing when ever I go on youtube

I have been noticing for the last month or so that my Macbook freezes(spinning snow ball/not colored beach ball) constantly whenever I go on youtube. I have loads of memory and space available. Any ideas??

You could try making sure you have the latest version of Flash:
