Ok, so I have a Macbook Pro 13", the baseline edition, and whenever I try to watch a 720 or 1080p video on Youtube it always has to buffer. In this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1FJdNc46OMY there seems to be no buffering at all.

Can someone explain this to me please?

EDIT:

Actually, even 320p videos stop and go all the time. Is this normal?

Sorry, I'm sort of paranoid since this is my first Mac.

Buffering has to do with how fast your internet connection is, not the computer itself. If the video has fully buffered, and then it plays choppily, it's the computer.

i was gonna say buffering is because of your internet connection...if its jumpy even after its fully downloaded then its a computer resource issue.

I would think any macbook pro has the resources to play HD content streaming or otherwise.
