Apparently my refurbed mid 2009 MacBook Pro 13" 2.26Ghz was built in Week 29 (does anybody know what day that starts on by the way?) of 2010, yet they were updated in April time? Is the serial number just dodgy... or are they continuing to make them? And does that mean it was probably new, seen as I bought it on the 31st of the same month?

Thanks for your help!
Jamie

I used two separate websites to find out? And that would make it over a year old... it sure doesn't look a year old!

It's been sitting in a warehouse, that's why it looks like a new one. Week 29, 2009 sounds reasonable because it's about the time when it was released.

Again, I'd like to point out both website say 2010. Why would it be wrong? And just because it's sat in a warehouse, doesn't make it look flawless?

I'm so confused...
