Can anyone relate to when you press the "all windows" key but only have one window open, and that one window becomes a little blurry until you click on it?

For some reason that's happened to my entire screen, except it has nothing to do with pressing any kind of button, it just appeared this way overnight. Not only is it really blurry, but wherever the cursor goes, it brings havoc along with it. Straight lines that have the cursor resting on top of them become crooked. Words become illegible. Everything's going super slow... and I really have no idea why. Also, as i move the cursor back and forth the whole screen seems to jiggle about, as if the proportions were messed up.

If you can help or have any idea what could be causing this, please speak up.

Oh and it's a Macbook Pro running Tiger, bought it about a year ago. Kthx
