i do not know what happened to my macbook.

when i tried to run the application skitch on the macbook,it just hanged!
the whole laptop went really really slow, very slow.

afterwhich the temp in the cpu went as high as 87degrees.
im quite disappointed with the macbook.

i had several hangs just over one month since i purchase the macbook.
does anyone faces this kinda prob?
am i expecting too much from a macbook?
in other words no hangings,no viruses.

You might want to add the pane to iStat that shows the running processes.

Sounds like something crashed. Once you know what it was, then you can use Activity Monitor to shut it down. :)

On the pane click the little 'i' at the top for Settings, then goto the Sections Pane, and change Processes to 'on'.

It basically just shows the same as Activity Monitor, but it saves you having to run that every time you want to see what's causing the slow down. :)
