My MacBooks in the shop :(

Well took it back today, list of problems.

1) 3 cracks top lid

2) Shadows on the LCD lower left/right

3) Bezel around touchpad loose.


Said 7days and possible chassis replacement.... *sigh*

Yeah a old one like in my sig, it's been my baby and I am gutted to have to take it back. Never dropped, never spilled anything on it, always used with care, been a true workhorse for me in the three month I owned it.

Guy of course said it was a unusual issue and all the normal talk to protect Apple's rep, but the word I got from a few other guys in the store was it's a issue they see all to often now

Still all new chassis and onwards and upwards eh
