My mackbook admin account doesn't log me in

Hi all .

I am new to mac and i have this problem:

When I log in with my admin account my computer loads the backround image

but then it stucks. Neither icons , nor the finder or toolbar is loaded .

i have Tiger 10.4 .

When i log in with a non - admin account everything is ok....

Any suggestions? :confused:
