Resolved My mail.app on my MacBook shows 4 but I don't see why

I don't think you're going to get many replies with info like that.

Why don't you take a screenshot and post it, so we can see "what you're seeing" ...?
 
I don't understand your question, but I suggest don't post all your real email addresses in a screenshot. Suggest use Cmd-Shift-5 to selectively screenshot
 
If you log into your email account via a browser, do you still see the number '4', next to the Inbox?
Post the above, quit the Mail app and reopen it. Maybe it will update itself...

I did that quit the mail app and reopened it. The same thing is happening. I still see the number down on my doc for mail but I don't see anything on my mail. Thank you.
