I've changed the Memory from 2x2gb to 2x4gb...
Could this be the problem? and should I try to put the old memory back in again?

I really need your help!

Thanks!

If it wasn't crashing before you changed something, and now it does, doesn't it make sense that whatever you changed could be causing the problem?

Try putting the stock RAM back in there. What kind of memory did you buy anyway?

It didn't crash before I changed the RAM.

Stock ram is 2 x 2gb and now it has a 2x4gb.

It must be the RAM.
But can you translate the codes?

Thanks.

I agree that it's most likely the RAM, but it's hard to know for sure if you don't swap it out.

I didn't look throught the codes really thoroughly, but if programs are crashing and you're having graphical glitches(in your other posts), you've probably got bad RAM.

Yeah, it must be the RAM.
I'll try to replace the the old RAM - and then wait and see.

It didn't crash before the replacing (of the new RAM) so yeah... and I treat my MBP every well.

Thanks man!
