My MBPs OS is screwed

So a while back i added the saurik server to my hosts file. now when i update none of my i devices will update. In itunes is says shows that the bar is almost done whilst on my device its only half way. I dont know what should i do because i cant seem to find the hosts file anymore. so i cant seem to delte the sauriks server connection. and i belive this is why none of my ideviced will update. HELP ME PLEASE?

Have you tried Spotlight?
