My Mighty mouse has stopped right clicking

I have had my might mouse for about 11 months and it has now stopped right clicking, if i click on the right of the mouse it does a left click.

All the settings are right. I'm gonna have to phone Apple later see if they will swap it.

First try this: open System Preferences, then mouse settings. Change your right mouse button mapping to something else, like 'primary mouse button'. Now change it back again to 'secondary mouse button'.

When that happens to me, I just re-pair the mouse. Always works much better after that.
