So it's definitely annoying - I get an email this morning from best buy saying they werent going to have my phone. Ruined my morning but I called the local at&t and they said they have plenty
Long story short I got myself and my fiance the phones with no issues at at&t
As I get back to my computer I see I have another email from best buy saying my phone is ready for pickup
I then get a call from them saying my phone is ready for pickup 
Needless to say I told them I already have the phone and they can cancel my preorder, but now I have a $137 store credit (that I was planning on using for the phones) + the $100 gift card I had to purchase for my preorders - just really a bad job by best buy overall
But at least I have the phone
