Why is this I tried using a computer cleaner and just regular old water nothing seems to get it off and when using the mouse it makes my hands sweet and get all sticky like it has not been like this I would say it has been on the mouse for about 2 or 3 months any ideas?

my mouse has oil or something on both the right and left click buttons.
