iPhone My music is now on the cloud? I want it back

So I got a new iPhone 6s+ and when i set up the phone, my iTunes has somehow shifted all of the songs somewhere online and now I am having to use data to access my music.

How do I sync my device to put the songs physically back on my device? I don't see an option to do that in the latest version of ITunes.

I appreciate any help or leads.
