Hi all,
i ordered today new 16 pro. Specification:
2.4ghz i9
64gb ram
5500 8GB radeon
2TB ssd
I have a few questions.
How i can check my date production mbp 16 pro?
How i can check is my mbp pro is not refubrished?
How to check the defects of this model, what to check carefully?
Thanks guys for help

who did you order from?

If it’s from Apple, unless you ordered a refurb it will be new

The app CoconutBattery will tell you the day the battery was produced, the day the computer was produced, and how many cycles are on the battery already (there are usually at least a few cycles even on new systems due to battery testing). I would argue against going over the thing with a fine toothed comb looking for defects. Either you notice a major defect, or just not worry about it. I guarantee you on nearly every single new 16", there is something to find if you really go looking for it.
