Just came in today I have never owned a Mac before boy do I have a lot to learn. Love it so far.

21.5-inch iMac

With the following configuration:

•3.1GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7, Turbo Boost up to 3.9GHz
•16GB 1600MHz DDR3 SDRAM -2X8GB
•512GB Flash Storage
•NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 1GB GDDR5
•Apple Magic Mouse
•Apple Wireless Keyboard (English) & User's Guide
•Accessory Kit

That's a hot machine that will be blazing fast for years to come. I'm going with the same spec but with a fusion drive to save some dollars

I have the exact same machine also, only with a 256GB SSD.

Now coming to games. I don't think the 750M is up to the job if you intend to play at high settings like BF4. You'll be good to go if you play at 1280x720 with medium settings though. I play NFS MW 2012 at medium-high settings, 1920x1080 and it still goes fine.

16GB of RAM, it'll be enough if you don't intend to run a few virtual machines at the same time.
