My new avatar is not changed on the main site.

It's been a month or two since I changed the avatar, but when reading articles on the main site, I'm still seeing the old one. Example. Could anyone tell me what's wrong? Thanks!

We've rolled out a change that should fix this issue. Let us know if you spot any more avatars not being updated properly.
